Properties and venues using Best Venues of Australia™ acknowledge and agree that the following terms & conditions shall solely constitute the agreement between Best Venues of Australia™ and the property listed on this website (The Website).
Confirm bookings
Venues accepting bookings made by viewers shall confirm the booking by contacting the viewer within twenty-four hours.
No warrantee
Best Venues does not in any way warrant the performance of any booking made through The Website nor any way the reliability of any persons making a booking. Venues should solely rely on their own discretion when taking a booking.
Property description
Venues shall make every endeavour to describe their property and its services in a complete, correct and appropriate manner. In particular no claim should be made for any product or service which cannot be immediately provided.
Bookings are at solely the venue’s discretion
Bookings from The Website are accepted solely at the discretion of the venue. Best Venues shall not be responsible or liable from any non-performance or any loss whatsoever arising from a booking accepted from The Website.
