The Coal River Valley Vineyard in South East Tasmania has a steady track record of producing award winning, elegant, true cool climate wines. Located less than 20 minutes drive from the Hobart waterfront, the vineyard is a family-run business with a strong focus on sustainability. The Cellar Door is perched just above the Old Block, with sweeping views of the Coal River Valley, Pittwater and Barilla Bay. It is open for wine tastings and sales Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 5pm from October to March, as well as private functions for up to 100 people. All functions are catered by renowned Tasmanian chef Paul Foreman from Paul Foreman Catering.

Situated on the east coast of Tasmania between St Helens and Bichero, White Sands Estate is home to the Beachfront Conference Centre, which offers a beautifully-appointed conference room for business events, weddings, and corporate getaways. The Full Conference Room can accommodate up to 200 people for functions or be divided into two smaller rooms - The Lake and Mountain Rooms, which hold up to 100 guests each. There are round tables and rectangular tables on offer that can seat up to 8-10 for sit down formal weddings, or between 5- 6 in a class room style seating arrangement. Overlooking the canoe lake and towards the beach the conference room opens out onto a private lawn. The 50 seat mini theatre is within easy access of the conference facilities, and can also be used for presentations.
