Strathlynn Restaurant has reopened for private functions only. Located at Rosevears 15 minutes drive from Launceston in the Tamar Valley, with spectacular views across the picturesque Tamar Valley world renowned for their cool climate wines. The restaurant has closed but is available for private functions for up to 100. Set in the grounds of the Ninth Island Vineyard amidst white roses, vines and 100 year old oak trees this is one of the most beautiful venues for a function.

Peppermint Bay is a stunning waterfront destination located on the D'entrecasteaux Channel south of Hobart. Peppermint Bay offers two separate function rooms that combine to form one large capacity room. Peppermint Bay is also able to offer the luxury catamaran Peppermint Bay II as transport to Peppermint Bay or as an individual charter.

Stillwater River Cafe is housed in a charming grain store built in the 1840's, and still retaining much of its original charm. Stillwater offers dining for up to 60 people for a sit down affair in the main dining room or 150 cocktail-style. The private dining room in the Georgian Miller’s Cottage has a large central table that seats up to 14 people, perfect for a board meeting or wine tasting.
