The Homestead Skeleton is a ex-government weatherboard home from Griffith built between 1930-1940. It was moved in two halves to its present site. The verandas and Brindabella deck were added to the building and a new commercial kitchen was built. Homestead Cafe can fit 60 on the deck and 42 inside the various rooms, their function centre sits 80 people.
