Bar-Be School offers a selection of menus that can be tackled by any size group, either on site or at one of the venues.

Includes all ingredients and is both demonstration and hands on. Each part of the lesson combines to create a great meal to share together with a detailed wine tutorial.

No knowledge is assumed in the classes, but the more a student knows about BBQ cooking, the more they learn from the experienced chef presenters.
