Woodbridge on the Derwent is a grand Georgian mansion located on the banks of the beautiful Derwent River, a scenic 30 minute drive from Hobart. The Derwent Valley boasts wineries, fabulous farm produce, wildlife and scenic walks.

It accommodates only 18 guests in nine suites, all individually designed and with river views. By day it is a stunning location to just relax or explore, and by night the log fires and beautiful facilities provide a very luxurious and warm ambience.

Up to 30 guests can be catered for in the Pavilion or Garden Room, and up to 50 with the use of a marquee on the foreshore.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Dine in the The Pavilion or The Supper Room, both warm and relaxed, and with exceptional attention to service. The menu is designed around the local produce, including trout, game, and seafood. The small but thoughtful wine list highlights the many premium wines from the Derwent Valley.
WEDDINGS
Intimate wedding receptions can be held in one of six rooms, all with views over the gardens and river. The pretty riverbank and gardens are also available for a garden ceremony or cocktails. The dedicated team at Woodbridge will look after all aspects of your special day.
ACCOMMODATION
Two beautiful rooms are available for dining, both very relaxed and with outstanding personal service. The emphasis is on local Tasmanian produce complemented by a small but thoughtful wine list with fine wines from the Derwent Valley.
