WESTIN III- The largest rooms, boasting 131 square metres and 3 metre high ceilings, Westin III can be adapted to suit theatre, classroom set up, cabaret, banquet or cocktail functions accommodating up to 160 people.
With floor to ceiling windows offering sweeping city views, large private terraces and the ability to divide the space into two smaller rooms, Westin III is the ideal venue for a conference, formal dinner or reception in the heart of the city.

WESTIN IV- Flooded with natural light and overlooking the city, our Westin IV Conference room is the perfect venue for a small to medium sized conference. Boasting 66 square metres of space and 3 metre high ceilings, the Westin IV Conference Room can accommodate theatre, classroom, and
cocktail parties for up to 70 people. With adjoining doors to the Wine Room it can also serve as a break out room or pre banquet drinks area.

EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE ROOMS- A smart and professional setting for meetings and presentations, at 47 square metres Executive Conference Room I can accommodate up to 30 people theatre style or 15 for a boardroom meeting and is complimented by floor to ceiling windows (with black out blinds), in-built projection screens and custom made ergonomic board room chairs.

WINE ROOM- Surrounded by wine racks showcasing the hotel's vintage wine collection, the elegant Wine Room is one of the most sought after private function rooms in the city. Providing a unique setting and sophisticated ambience for a stylish event, the outdoor terrace overlooks the city and the room boasts 66 square metres of elegant and refined function space.  Available for up to 20 people boardroom style, 40 people for banquets or 70 people for cocktails, The Wine Room also has access to the interconnecting Westin IV.

MARTINI BAR- Located on the ground level with a private entrance directly on Collins Street, our Martini Bar is the perfect venue for informal gatherings, pre function, pre theatre or post dinner drinks. With lounge style setting, open fire place and balconies overlooking the city, the Martini Bar can hold up to 130 people for your special event. Martini Bar is available for private functions between 8am - 4pm daily.

BUSINESS CENTRE BOARDROOM- At the hub of the conference floor, the Business Centre is equipped with the latest technology and telecommunications, office space, business lounge area and a boardroom, computer terminals with broadband internet access and complete secretarial support. The business centre boardroom is ideal for meetings of up to ten delegates.
