Perched right on the water at Victoria Harbour, Watermark Bar is uniquely designed to accommodate functions both indoor or out while enjoying the stunning combination of picturesque city views and waterfront ambience. Polished floorboards, high ceilings and expansive glass windows pour light into the dynamic space, a local favourite with the after work drinks crowd and visitors after a relaxing day on the harbour.

FUNCTION DETAILS

MAIN BAR- Floor to ceiling glass windows encase the popular Main Bar, where plasma screen televisions keep weekend visitors and the after work drinks crowd entertained. An adaptable area for large social gatherings.

LOUNGE- Polished floorboards and modern dining tables grace the relaxed Lounge area, ideal for small or large group dining occasions. The space can be booked for a seated function of 70 guests, or for up to 80 guests standing.

MEZZANINE- Plush red sofas, cushions and ottomans create a loungey ambience in the suspended mezzanine level. It’s suitable for standing or seated events of 30 people and can also be used in conjunction with the Loft (see below) for larger gatherings.

LOFT- A slick marble bar hovers over sophisticated black carpet in the third level’s Loft space, ideal for sophisticated cocktail events with a touch of privacy. It’s suitable for 40 people seated or 70 standing.

THE PAVILION- The light-filled Pavilion offers panoramic views of Victoria Bay, where retractable glass doors give the option of extending the space onto the adjacent terrace to soak up sunny days and balmy evenings. Dining events can be held here for up to 60 guests, as well as cocktail functions for 120.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Modern Australian fare tickles tastebuds throughout Watermark Bar’s various spaces, as a concise yet comprehensive menu offers both light and substantial meals for varying palates. Start off with warm olives or ciabatta with dukkah, then move onto the finger-licking sticky pork salad with pickled bean shoots, tomato, chilli jam and roasted peanuts or roast salmon with kipfler potatoes, fennel, French beans and orange vinaigrette.

Functions can choose from packages suited to the time of day and style of the event, including breakfast, conference, canapé and seated dining menus. Each of these continue the contemporary Australian feel, such as mini corn fritters wit apple and capsicum jam, plus grilled calamari with chorizo and white beans from the cocktail menu (from $17 per person).
