CHEFS TABLE
Located in a semi private alcove at one end of the kitchen, the Chef's Table is the ultimate experience for guests wishing to be a part of the kitchen theatre.
Suitable for between four and six guests, the table offers an unobstructed view of the kitchen and interaction with the chefs during the meal. At lunch, the menu offering is the same as for the main dining room however at dinner guests are served the Gastronomes menu ($250 per person - food only).
12-14 GUESTS
The smallest of our private dining rooms located within the restaurant, this room features an intimate board room style table. Menus start at $100 per person for lunch (food only) and $200 per person for dinner (food only).
Wines can be matched to accompany each course or can be selected from our extensive wine list. Pre dinner drinks and mineral water are charged on consumption.
THE DOM PERIGNON ROOM
- 16 GuestsWith is luxurious, dark interior our recently refurbished Dom Pérignon Private Dining room is the ultimate in opulent fine dining.
A large charcoal coloured, resin-smooth dining table comfortably seats fourteen guests on Paul Smith striped, black Catifa chairs.
A selection of the latest images, shot by Karl Lagerfield featuring Claudia Schiffer for the Dom Pérignon OEnothèque campaign, have been printed on 200 metres of Japanese silk, and draped to create an intimate and alluring environment, together with feature Australian artworks by Peter Booth and Tony Clarke.
Whilst the room is totally private with its own lounge and bathroom facilities, a link via ‘kitchen cam’ shown on a plasma screen provides an insight into the culinary creations as they occur in the main kitchen!
15-20 GUESTS
Accommodating private dining for up to 20 guests on two tables
of ten, the minimum spend required to secure this room is $3,500 for lunch and
$7,000 for dinner. This is for the menu with matching wines; pre dinner drinks
and mineral water will be charged on consumption.
UP TO 34 GUESTSSuitable for private dining for up to 34 guests on one table of
14 and two tables of ten or for up to 25 guests on one long table. The minimum
spend required to secure this area is $6,000 for lunch and $12,500 for dinner.

UP TO 60 GUESTS For a truly impressive event, Vue de monde is available for
exclusive venue hire. The minimum spend required to secure the venue is as
follows
- Lunch from Tuesday - Friday $15,000
- Dinner from Tuesday - Thursday $25,000
- Dinner from Friday - Monday $30,000
