Tonic is small unique boutique hotel in the Hunter Valley, set amongst the picturesque vineyards. This small ‘groovy’ hotel offers lots of personal attention, freedom and flexibility. The décor modern and fun with designer furniture, polished concrete floors teamed with cowhides and soft fluffy rugs. Every room is styled differently and is a definite ‘no chintz’ zone.

Tonic offers king size beds, crisp white linen + goose down doona’s, chic bathrooms with twin sinks, deep baths, heated floors + Aesop products. One two bedroom apartment also offers a full kitchen, lounge and dining area with fireplace and a huge balcony overlooking the stunning vineyard vista. All rooms have microwave broadband internet, TV and DVD and stereo’s are ipod friendly.

tonic lounge converts to an exclusive and private work area - tables for meetings or a more casual lounge/ beanbag set up. TV, DVD, white board and internet are all there for you.

CATERING INFORMATION
Food is important at tonic. Talk to them about your choices and menu plan accordingly. tonic tables can be set to your plan with a formal look or a more colourful casual feel. Breakfast can be a do it yourself thing. No having to dress and go to a dining room between the allotted hours. Your fridge contains all you need for a 3 course breakfast with real coffee and specialty teas. In the past groups have ordered pizza to be delivered and sat around the fire with beers and monopoly, others have had a group activity to cook for the team - the lounge has a BBQ and full kitchen and others have ordered in a chef and donned the formal gear. Tonic is surrounded by fabulous restaurants …some book a wine tasting then off to sample the best the Hunter has to offer.
RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
Tonic offers a range of services including in-room massages. Games can be played on the lawns and you can arrange a picnic by the dam.
