THE PADDOCK- The perfect outdoor location for after work drinks and balmy nights, the Paddock can hold up to 75 guests cocktail style.

UPSTAIRS- Wander upstairs to discover The Byrneleigh Hotel’s private dining area. Birthday parties and team dinners are perfectly suited to this function area with adjacent balcony, which can accommodate 90 guests cocktail style or 40 seated.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
The kitchen team at The Byrneleigh Hotel swear by ‘the best from the West’ – a cooking mantra that extends to function menus. Set two and three course menus include the likes of citrus king prawn on avocado with coriander, and chilli tianne pickled cucumber for entrée and lamb rack with braised red cabbage and royal blue fondant for main. Canapes, grazing boxes and platters are also available for standing functions including items such as bite size wild mushroom arancini with truffle aioli and chicken and vegetable hokkien noodle stir fry for more substantial meals. Beverage packages priced by the hour can also be arranged.
