DETAILSThe hotel is full of old-world charm that remains true to its original design aesthetic. It houses a New York 1930’s cage-style lift, which still services the hotel. Many of the suites have retained their oak wall panelling and doors, brass fittings and timber furnishings. The renowned Armstrongs restaurant inside the hotel is a light, open space with timber floors and white linen-set tables. The dining-room boasts a fabulous collection of local art that adds culture, colour and conversation to the dining experience.

Grand Oaks Room: The room sits adjacent to Seasalt at Armstrongs restaurant. It is an air conditioned, soundproof, pillarless venue with natural light. It can be divided into 3 private rooms or kept open as one large room that holds 150 people for a cocktail style function. It is suitable for workshops, boardroom lunches, dinners, training seminars and presentations.
Seasalt @ Armstrongs Resaturant: Seasalt has the feeling of a small European bistro within a boutique hotel. It seats up to 30 people and focuses on seafood with a simple, well-comprised wine list. Seasalt is the perfect location for speedy business lunches, intimate dinners or lively celebrations.
FOOD & BEVERAGERussell Armstrong’s tastes are primarily modern Australian, combining quality produce with innovative flavours that provoke and educate. While he appreciates simplicity, Chef Armstrong strives for imagination in his dishes as well. There is a full-spectrum of menu packages available including breakfast, buffet and canapé options, as well as sit-down and working lunch alternatives. Menus offer delicious modern Australian fare, such as tataki of beef on wakami seaweed salad
canapés, an entrée of pork belly confit on braised puy lentils and horseradish cream and beautiful main meals like slow roasted fillet of beef with sautéed wood mushrooms and potato dauphinoise. Dessert includes the likes of bourbon whiskey and chocolate parfait with hazelnut crumble and blackberry sorbet as well as warm almond, orange and polenta cake with vanilla bean mascarpone gelato.

ACCOMODATIONThe Incholocm hotel has a home-away-from-home feel with the added benefits of a cityscape rooftop pool, and Seasalt at Armstrongs Restaurant with its extensive function and conference facilities. The Inchcolm’s accommodation ranges from standard to deluxe through to one and two bedroom suites. A magnificent, modern self contained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with full service kitchen is situated adjacent to the swimming pool.All suites have full guest amenities including cable television, microwave kitchenette, mini bar, internet and IDD connections.
