THE NEST (ROOFTOP) – Western Australia’s largest rooftop bar is ideal for corporate cocktails, product launches, birthday celebrations, engagement parties and much more. The Nest has the versatility to cater for groups as large as 380, or smaller exclusive areas for groups starting from 30 guests. The Nest is available exclusively from Monday through to Thursday evenings.

LOUNGE BAR - This intimate area overlooking William Street is ideal for causal corporate entertaining or a relaxed drink after work. With its own circular bar, this space is ideal for an exclusive cocktail party for up to 150 people.

THE BIRD CAGE - The Bird Cage is an ideal venue for exclusive sit down dinners or conferences with views over the Murray Street mall. This private area seats up to 120 people and has retractable bi-fold doors, which separate the dining area from the Lounge Bar ensuring privacy and comfort for your function.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
There a variety of food and beverage packages available from the likes of Ladies Day on the Green, with old fashioned finger sandwiches, petite spinach and ricotta rolls, scones, preserves, and hot pink butter iced cup-cakes, as well as gourmet BBQ packages of petit steaks, lemon pepper chicken, marinated field mushrooms, crusty bread, and more, which are all available on the rooftop. There are set three and two course menus on offer with entrees such as truffle pea and broad bean risotto, blue cheese, and chard and tantalizing main course meals of crispy skinned barramundi, soused tomato and courgette noodle. Cold and hot canapés are also available with innovative flavour combinations like ginger nori fried squid, with lime and wasabi mayo.
