Starship Sydney’s clean modern interior, and unobstructed 360° views is perfectly suited for a variety of functions from corporate affairs to social celebrations with a guest capacity of up to 350 for a sit-down event and up to 800 for a cocktail function.

FUNCTION DETAILS
The Main Dining Deck - The Main Deck presents a choice of 3 course, table buffet or traditional buffet menus. It also had a dance floor with a unique hydraulic floor lift perfect for ‘reveals’, and a warm interior with a melange of beige hues and charcoals. The deck seats between 140 - 396 without a dance floor, and up to 350 with a dance floor.

The Starship Lounge - The Starship Lounge is a unique space with bifold opening glass doors, eclectic ottomans, and other lush design flourishes that make it an ideal location for predinner/lunch canapés, and a night coffee or cocktail. It can hold up to 120 guests for formal seated dining and has a unique glass void bar allowing viewing access to the lower deck

The Bridge Deck – The Bridge Deck is a spacious open air deck, perfect for onboard wedding ceremonies. It can hold marquees and other structures, has a separate sound system and is ideal for cocktail-style functions.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
There is an extensive selection of food and beverage packages available catering for a full-spectrum of functions from daytime to evening events. Table buffet menus include the likes of piri piri marinated chicken tenderloins for starters, followed by succulent seafood platters with a choice of king prawns, Sydney rock oysters, or mussels and octopus all served with a mixed leaf salad and chive mayonnaise. The three-course menus, which come in basic and superior varieties, include tantalizing entrees such as a salad of watermelon, Serrano ham, Persian feta, wild rocket and hazelnut dukkah, as well as bangalow twice-cooked pork belly with sweet onion puree, kiplfer potatoes, celeriac and apple salad. For main course the rack of lamb with Sicilian peppers, layered potato gratin, onion soubise and herb pesto is a popular choice. Desserts are equally delectable with warm spiced apple, blackberry and almond crumble with vanilla ice-cream as well as date and banana pudding with hazelnut ice-cream and butterscotch sauce. The roving canapé selection is incredibly extensive with the likes of bloody mary oyster shorts, seared scallops with pickled dijon and chilli soy as well as vegetable samosas with mango chutney.
