The 140-year-old facilities have recently reopened after million-dollar renovations and now include two formal dining rooms, a separate cocktail bar, designer bathrooms, large sandstone terrace, wine cellar and an elaborate European-Style Topiary Garden. The property’s entrance is framed with stately wrought iron gates lending the restaurant building and its manicured gardens the presence of an exclusive private estate.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
The Restaurant Dining Room can cater for up to 40 seated guests. Small, yet grand, this elegant room is perfect for intimate dining. It features neutral tonings, gold-framed mirrors and Louis XVI chairs amid antique furnishings. For spring and summer French doors open onto the sandstone terrace, in winter, two open fireplaces will add extra warmth and romance to your special occasion.

THE BALLROOM evokes an atmosphere of modern glamour and elegance. Up to 150 guests can be seated; larger receptions can easily be catered for up to 210 guests by extending onto the Terrace. Surrounded by glass doors which open onto the sandstone terrace, it overlooks an eight metre long waterfall and further to beautiful gardens. The room features Italian designed white leather upholstered chairs and comes equipped with luxuries such as air-conditioning, underfloor heating, integrated sound system and a computerised lighting to help you achieve the perfect ambience.

WEDDINGS
Silvestri's have a purpose built European-style Topiary Wedding Garden, which is ideal for both wedding ceremonies, christening/naming ceremonies and garden parties.

Approximately half an acre in area, this elegant garden features a large areas of lawn, manicured hedges, sandstone urns and a sandstone Grecian Arbour (the only one of it’s kind in South Australia). The Garden is available for hire separately (subject to availability) or in conjunction with the restaurant for your reception or special occasion.
