The team fronting this exciting new food destination are chef Grant Kells, of Canberra hot spot Flint Dining Room & Bar and formerly of Raffles Hotel Singapore, alongside sommelier Jai Dawson from Sydney's Longrain who is running the front of house.
Its informal approach to dining will suit the whole family, whether it is for a weekend breakfast or lunch, special occasion dinner, wedding, or just a large group catching up over one of Flint's famous wood fired pizzas.
