Sfera’s is well-equipped to cater for large group events as well as overnight stays, featuring stylish accommodation, a dedicated function area, an authentic Italian restaurant and complimentary car parking.

Grand Ballroom- featuring picturesque parkland views, Italian marble foyer, open glass atrium and indoor water feature, this highly flexible space can accommodate up to 270 guests banquet style and 350 delegates theatre style.

Sunrise Ballroom- the largest of Sfera’s ballrooms, Sunrise can host up to 440 guests banquet style and 800 delegates theatre style. Includes a grand piano, extensive private bar, large dance floor, water feature and panoramic views of the surrounding parklands.

The Sunset Room- for smaller functions, this ballroom features private dancefloor and bar, fairy lights and an open terrace for up to 140 guests seated and 180 theatre style.

The Loft- on the first level of the building, this intimate space is ideal for boardroom meetings and private dinners. Can seat 70 guests or host 80 theatre style.

Heritage Room- featuring polished floorboards, high ceilings, a cosy fireplace and leafy alfresco area with romantic fairy lights. perfect for an intimate and private dinner  for 40-65 guests.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Sfera’s offers a range of function menus to suit different event styles and themes, including, breakfast, cocktail, dinner, morning tea and lunch menus. Menus are centred on modern Australian cuisine, offering dishes such as the entrée of king prawn and smoked salmon tower served on a string bean and rocket salad with lime vinaigrette. Canapé items include the likes of smoked salmon cannelloni with salmon cream cheese mousse, and spicy meatballs with dipping sauce. Beverage packages are also available on a per person per hour basis.

ACCOMMODATION
Sfera’s offers three styles of luxurious suites, which each feature king or queen beds, a jacuzzi spa and views of the surrounding parklands. This convenient accommodation option is ideal for weary wedding parties and delegates who have attended functions during the day.
