As one of the first hotels to be established in Brisbane, the Royal on the Park offers a stately building to complement its beautiful rooms and supreme location. Renowned for its successful events, including everything from corporate meetings to gala functions and beautifully decorated weddings, the hotel has eight different function rooms to choose from.

FUNCTION DETAILS
The events team at Royal on the Park are well-equipped to alleviate the stress associated with organising any event, and can even provide an on-site technician is available to help with any audio visual needs.

Sir Charles Kingsford-Smith
– this ballroom encompasses the Avro, Catalina, Bristol and DeHavilland rooms to accommodate a total of 700 guests theatre-style, 800 for cocktails or 420 seated guests.

Avro & Bristol
- these two function rooms can each accommodate 110 guests in a theatre configuration, 120 for cocktails, 80 for a seated dining event, or 36 boardroom-style. They can also be combined to accommodate up to 286 (theatre-style), 300 (cocktail), 200 (seated) or 42 (boardroom) guests.

Catalina & DeHavilland
- these two function rooms can each accommodate 80 guests in a theatre configuration, 80 for cocktails, 60 for a seated dining event, or 24 boardroom-style. They can also be combined to accommodate up to 200 (theatre-style), 150 (cocktail), 150 (seated) or 42 (boardroom) guests.

Terrace
- the Terrace can host 30 guests theatre-style, 40 for cocktails, 30 for dinners or 19 boardroom-style.

Southern Cross Pavilion
- this area can host 120 theatre-style, 300 for cocktails, or 80 guests seated.

Boardroom
- the Boardroom is suitable for 10 people.

Private Dining Room
- for intimate functions, this area can host 20 for cocktails or 16 boardroom-style.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Royal on the Park offers a range of food and beverage packages suitable for both conferences and private events. For corporate events, meal options span tea breaks, express lunches and full buffet meals, while time away from the boardroom can be rewarded with canapés and seated dinners. For weddings and private events, various party packages offering canapés, grazing items or deluxe three course meals and drinks packages can be arranged.

ACCOMMODATION

Boasting 153 guest rooms, including eight beautifully refurbished executive and spa suites, the hotel’s elegantly appointed rooms are complemented with the finest personal luxuries. While designed with a residential living feel for the corporate traveller, special attention has been paid to providing extra bedding configurations to suit families with up to two children.
