FOOD & BEVERAGE
Owner and chef John Leverink leads a dynamic, creative kitchen and restaurant team to create an unforgettable dining experience for all occasions. The weekly changing menu uses seasonal produce to create fresh and exciting dishes from breakfast through to dinner. Dine on the likes of a pork and veal terrine with citrus marmalade and picked eshallots on sourdough toast for entrée. For main opt for a more exotic dish of rare roasted kangaroo fillet with parsnip puree and chive spatzle. Be sure to save room for a sneaky treat of butterscotch date and walnut pudding with double cream to conclude your meal. All dishes can be paired with a fine selection of local and international wines. Fixed lunch and dinner menus, dinner degustation menus and a selection of function packages are also on offer. Function hosts can select from a series of set, alternate or banquet menus to suit your desired budget and requirements.
