The Victoria Ballroom - the perfect venue space to host large functions, meetings or special events. The room can be split into two individual function spaces or provide a separate area for larger break out rooms. At full capacity, it can accommodate 300 delegates.

Macedon Room - ideal for mid to large volume functions with a capacity of 120 delegates. The room can also be split into two separate function areas. Special features include large drop down projector screen, abundant natural light, air conditioning controls and Internet connectivity.

Bendigo and Wangaratta Rooms - perfect function rooms for small to mid volume events, each with the maximum capacity of 36 delegates, the Bendigo and Wangaratta rooms provide you the option to combine the two rooms into one larger room to create a spacious uninterrupted flow for your event.

Echuca Room - A spacious and comfortable meeting space with an abundance of natural light and located on the Airport side of the hotel. The function space is perfect for training, inductions, seminars and full day meetings and can accommodate up to18 delegates.

Ballarat/Daylesford Rooms – these rooms are well-suited to small and medium sized events, each with a capacity of 30 delegates. Special features of this function room include a large drop down projector screen, abundant natural light, air conditioning controls and Internet connectivity.

The Mornington/Bellarine Executive Boardroom – These two boardroom spaces can accommodate up to 18 delegates, and offer maximum comfort with luxury executive chairs.
