Located on the banks of the Swan River near the historic town of Guildford, this impressive homestead, overlooking the sprawling green lawns and nearby vineyards, is the perfect venue for any function.

FUNCTION DETAILS
Night or day, Mulberry on Swan is a magnificent setting. The versatility and design of the venue offers many opportunities to host a successful function. Mulberry on Swan is an ideal choice for corporate catering, large conventions, birthday celebrations, weddings, gala dinners and product launches, from Thai Chi by the river with morning tea through to an event catering for 4000 or more people can be arranged including entertainment and transportation.

Two lower function rooms cater for up to 220 cocktail style. Both rooms open out onto the verandah and lower Chablis Court, offering the perfect setting for pre-dinner drinks and cocktail parties.

RIVERSIDE GAZEBO
For smaller functions, the riverside gazebo and Chablis Court provide the ideal area where you can have round tables and chairs with umbrellas, in front of the riverside gazebo, the perfect place for a jazz band or entertainer to perform.

RESTAURANT
Arrange a Dinner Dance at the Mulberry Restaurant which has a built in dance floor and stage and is well known throughout Perth for hosting fantastic dinner dance evenings. Please feel free to ask about our next Dinner Dance Event or host your own. The 400 seat Mulberry Restaurant is lined with verandahs and offers a stunning view of the Valley.

WINE TASTINGS
Wine Tasting can be arranged with a wine expert to speak to your guests about the Swan Valley and Margaret River wine regions and offer tastings. Winery Tours guests can also take a tour of the Swan Valley by bus to visit some of the local wineries, chocolate companies and other attractions in the area.

ACTIVITIES
Lawn Activities on the large lawn is ideal for croquet, bocce, corporate team building games and exhibitions. Picnics our famous Gourmet BBQ will impress your guests while providing a casual atmosphere.
