Mercure Brisbane offers the flexibility of 10 different meeting rooms located on 2 levels of the hotel ensuring maximum flexibility for your event. The hotel's conference rooms include the Grand Chelsea Ballroom with a maximum capacity of 500 for dinner, 900 theatre style and 300 classroom style. The additional function level, housing the Burke, Wills and Leichhardt Rooms, holds a maximum of 200 for dinner, 250 theatre style and 100 classroom style. The two meeting rooms on the ground level, Mitchell and Oxley, are ideal for a board meeting or secretariat.  Both the Grand Chelsea Ballroom and Burke, Wills and Leichhardt Rooms have removable/adjustable walls, allowing flexibility to suit varying client requirements.

The Grand Chelsea Ballroom at Mercure Brisbane is widely acknowledged as one of Brisbane’s ultimate venues for product launches, conventions, gala dinners and exhibitions. Your guests approach the suite via its own private laneway entrance that leads into a reception foyer with space for 200. Within this vast classically proportioned room you can accommodate up to 800 delegates for a meeting or 500 for a banquet. It is a highly flexible room that can easily be changed from a banquet to a conference, or divided into four separate conference spaces. It also has vehicle access – should this be required. For events where a variety of set ups are needed.

For formals from 150 to 450 guests, the Mercure Brisbane is the perfect venue for your celebration. Package from $65 per person includes 3 course set menu or buffet dinner, 4 hour soft drink package, theming, helium balloons, DJ for 4 hours, one security officer, bouquet of balloons per table.
