Iceworks encompasses both a restaurant and bar area. Its namesake Iceworks restaurant is a modern, airy space that serves contemporary Australian dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Here, guests can choose to take a seat in the buzzing open-plan area facing the street, at a leather-bound banquette overlooking the copper bar top, or relax with a drink after dinner in the adjacent lounge. Meanwhile, Dowse Bar is a casual yet edgy social spot opening onto Dowse Street where patrons flock for boutique beers and cocktails alongside tasty bar snacks and gourmet pizzas.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Iceworks serves European-inspired, modern Australian cuisine, with variety to suit varied palates and times of day. Morning visitors to Iceworks restaurant can sample the likes of zucchini and smoked salmon fritters with fresh sorrel and tomato relish on the weekends, a puff pastry tart of red onion, Persian fetta, vine-ripened tomatoes, wild rocket and balsamic reduction come lunchtime and herb-crusted rack of lamb with artichokes, ratatouille and cumin-infused jus for dinner. Meanwhile, Iceworks Bar & Lounge and Dowse Bar specialise in tasty bites to accompany drinks, such as Thai fish cakes with fennel and lemongrass puree and watercress salad from the bar menu, or pizzas to share topped with Asian-inspired slow-cooked duck, roast peppers, sauteed red onion, bocconcini and plum sauce.

FUNCTIONS

Iceworks Restaurant- this versatile space can be booked for exclusive use or broken down into smaller areas for groups starting from 20 guests. The large, open-plan space will cater for 140 guests seated or 200 guests standing.

Lounge Bar- this elegant area offers layouts to suit varied events and an in-house audio visual system perfect for corporate presentations or wedding receptions. The intimate space that can be booked for private dining experiences, and the wine room seats up to 16 guests comfortably enclosable by a sliding glass partition. The total capacity is 100 Seated or 150 cocktail.

Iceworks Bar- suitable for corporate functions, Christmas parties and birthday celebrations this large, open- plan space will cater for small through to large groups of up to 300 guests.

Dowse Bar- Underneath the Iceworks Precinct, Dowse Bar offers a cosy setting for corporate functions, intimate social occasions, Christmas parties or private milestone celebrations from an intimate crowd of 25 to 70 guests standing.
