Located in the heart of Gold Coast resort, Sanctuary Cove.

DETAILS
A unique blend of colonial design, resort style facilities and luxury rooms and services with picturesque views, make the Sanctuary Cove and ideal getaway destination. A plethora of leisure activities are available on the hotel grounds and at The Country Club: a day spa, beach lagoon pool, tennis courts, lawn balls fitness centre and premier golfing facilities. Stroll around and immerse yourself in the stylish dining and shopping precinct of the Marine Village or enjoy the near by theme parks, beaches and hinterland.

FUNCTION DETAILS
Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove hotel features 14 meeting rooms and outdoor venues which can be easily configured to host conferences, board meetings, themed events and weddings for groups of five to 500. Onsite technical events professionals are available to help and audio-visual technology can be supplied for any meeting or event. Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove can arrange everything from corporate golf days to a fully themed event. The hotel also offers partners of conference and meeting delegates a range of activities that include cooking classes, wine appreciation courses and golf or tennis coaching.

The woolshed lower level features the Macarthur Rooms which hold between 140-280 guests theatre-style, whilst the grand Macarthur Ballroom can hold up to 500 guests. There is also a boardroom on the lower level for up to 18 delegates.

The woolshed upper level features the Merino, Leichester and Romney rooms, which can each be partitioned into two smaller rooms for small to medium sized functions. The Merino Room seats 80 guests, with a conference capacity of 30. The Leicester has a larger conference capacity of 36, whilst the Romney room seats 130 for a reception and 45 boardroom style.

There are also three garden lounges with a reception capacity of 50 guests, and the Grange, which can hold up to 300. The lagoonside pavilion, fountain terrace and pool terrace can accommodate banquet style functions for 30, 200 and 280 guests respectively.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
The Fireplace restaurant is an intimate and elegant dining space, located on the lower level of The Great House. It has an atmosphere reminiscent of a private dining room in a large manor house. Its warm décor features cherry wood wine cabinets, rustic design flourished and a signature wood-fired oven. The cuisine on offer is provincial in its style with many grilled specialities on offer. An extensive menu changes with the seasons, but there are a few signature dishes of roasted field mushroom, slow roasted free range duck or Tajima Wagyu, which are cooked in the wood-fired oven. Wine lovers can enjoy an extensive wine list with a touch of fancy French bubbles for that special occasion. The Fireplace is enjoyed by guests, corporate groups and is also available for intimate wedding receptions.

Sleek and contemporary, the Cove Café offers an amazing buffet breakfast whilst overlooking the Fountain Terrace. Enjoy the atmosphere created by the chefs on show at the hot and cold buffet stations or enjoy the morning sun al fresco style. With an extensive a la carte menu you can sit back and relax well made brew or enjoy high-tea in the late afternoon with finger sandwiches and freshly baked scones with strawberry and double cream. Meet friends every Saturday evening when themed buffets steal the show. Creative and innovative cuisine from around the world is showcased, and family guests are encouraged to revel in the action.

Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove is set on 100 acres of lush tropical gardens, the ideal place for a garden Wedding. A range of ideal locations including a Balinese style pavilion or Terrace surrounded by fountains is available for a ceremony. The hotel also has an 80 seat non-denominational chapel with a stunning glass back drop over the Coomera River.

There are 243 stylish rooms available ranging from king rooms to elegant suites. Each room provides 1940s Queensland homestead charm, with grand colonial decor, polished parquet floors and plantation shutters opening onto a furnished balcony overlooking tranquil gardens, the golf course, marina or beach lagoon.
