The events team has a flexible selection of a la carte and finger food/bar menus which can be altered to suit your needs.

FUNCTION DETAILS
The gallery space offers a light and airy area within the Lincoln’s front Bar.  It features a casual dining area surrounded by temporary art installations provided by artists from the Ian Potter Gallery.  Perfect for Birthday catch ups or casual dining with a group of friends. For stand up gatherings of 20 - 40 guests, a cocktail menu is available.

The Hotel Lincoln Dining Room offers a classic space within the art deco walls of the hotel. The main dining room can host private gathering of 25 – 40 guests.  

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Award winning chef Ross Beeley blends a menu steeped in traditional English pub fare and combines this with some modern Australian favourites to create a unique dining experience. The Lincoln reputation is built around quality, simplicity and service. Head chef Ross Beeley has designed a classic menu with his own unique touches developed from years of experience in some of Europe’s finest kitchens. Dining packages for sit down functions are available for group bookings of 10 or more guests, for two or three course set menus. To accompany, guests are able to select from the impressive range of more than 200 Australian and international wines and 10 beers on tap.
