When imagining your ceremony at Hawley, you can choose from a secluded glade in the spectacular gardens, a romantic sunset ceremony on the sandy beach, or walk down the red carpet for an intimate candlelit ceremony in the quaint All Creatures Church (c.1878). Whether you desire a classical white wedding or the grandest gala, Hawley's Lotus Pool marquee, covering a sandstone paved courtyard (pictured below), and overlooking the waterlily filled garden pools can bring your wish to life! If you envisage a refined family celebration, the panelled candelit dining room provides the perfect congenial atmosphere. Maybe your dream is for an elegant cocktail party . . . catered for on the majestic lawns, or maybe in the intimate ambience of the Drawing Room with its grand piano and enormous open fire. Alcohol inclusive packages and individualised menus are tailored to your personal requirements, to ensure your special day is nothing short of perfection.
THE SUNROOM
The sunroom offers seating in board-room style along a single table, at the end of which are whiteboards, flipcharts and a projector screen. Although this room can be blacked out for projection, it can also be totally opened up by french doors onto the gardens and lawns, providing a delightful, bright and airy meeting room. Optimal number less than 14 delegates.
THE DRAWING ROOM
This dominant features of this substantial room are 14 foot ceilings, an enormous bay window overlooking the sea, a large fireplace and a concert grand piano. The resident furniture is comfortable country, which can be rearranged or removed as need be. Ideal for casual gatherings and discussions, this space also comfortably accommodates a U-shaped format for up to 25 delegates.
ALL CREATURES’ CHURCH
This 1878 Baltic Pine structure offers the ultimate in privacy, being set in the gardens 100 metres away from the house. This space is clean and uncluttered, and the windows provide ideal natural light for as many as 50 participants.
THE LOTUS POOL MARQUEE
This attaches to the North of the house and covers the sunken Croquet Lawn, offering a variety of risk free outdoor alternatives for up to 200 people. The options are only limited by the imagination. A variety of "breakout rooms" are also available
