HISTORY:
Established in 1965, Forest Hill is the oldest cool climate vineyard in Western Australia. The combination of warm days, cool nights and mature, dry grown vines contribute to the Forest Hill wines achieving worldwide recognition and winning multiple awards over its forty year history.

To reflect the simplicity and elegance of the Greenpool Restaurant's contemporary design, the food  is based on the principle of less is more - meaning they try to enhance the food's natural flavour by keeping each dish classic, uncomplicated and mouth-watering. The  aim at Greenpool is to use as much local, organic and seasonal fresh produce as we can, so the menus constantly evolve.

WINE:
The wine list at Forest Hill not surprisingly features the three labels from the vineyard. Boasting some of the oldest plantings in the Great Southern Region, Forest Hill's Block Series boasts some knock-out wines, don't miss their delightful 2005 riesling.
