Enoteca has a sophisticated atmosphere with an open-plan dining room and a chic, moody bar. The melange of dark-chocolate timber floors, white linen-set tables and sleek, black leather chairs create a stylish setting perfect for a drink with friends or a corporate lunch. The centre table hosts exclusivity and is made almost private with sheer curtains cocooning it. Floor to ceiling windows invite the views of charming cottages and leafy green trees into the restaurant.

FUNCTION DETAILS
Enoteca can host a range of functions from theatre style conferences, corporate cocktail parties and sit-down dinners. The restaurant seats up 80 people, and if numbers are less than that there is a standing room for pre-dinner drinks, and also the prospect to use the foyer next door. For larger events like weddings the Italian Function centre, which adjoins Enoteca, can be used.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
With a wealth of experience behind him, Head Chef Brent Kemble-Beech has injected his own creative style into the Entoca kitchen with a focus on contemporary Italian cooking that frequently blurs into French and Spanish cuisines. The results make for memorable dishes of baked taleggio with swiss brown mushroom duxelle, garlic and thyme, served with house made ciabatta. Other carefully composed plates include house made gnocchi with slow braised lamb, peas, marjoram and pecorino and a tender char-grilled scotch fillet with Jerusalem artichoke puree, roasted baby carrots, and fresh horseradish. At the opposite end of the spectrum, decadent desserts with multi-layered, subtle flavours steal the show. The sophisticated wine list showcases 20 or so Italian varieties along with other top drops from France, Spain and Australia, whilst classic cocktails, umpteen local and imported beers also grace the menu.
