With its poolside location offering stunning unrestricted ocean views, The Clipper offers al fresco dining all day, from breakfast through to dinner. The menu is always fresh and diverse, makes good use of the local region’s great supply of seafood, and also caters well for those seeking vegetarian and gluten free options. The resort also offers a romantic, private oceanfront Gazebo available for intimate dining.

Nautilus Room - The main private function area features superb large double glass doors overlooking the ocean that add to the overall experience conference delegates will have during their stay. It is a versatile venue that is perfect for themed functions and dinners, whether it be a welcome or farewell dinner, awards ceremony, anniversary or gala dinner.
WEDDINGS
With a stunning ocean backdrop in one of the most beautiful parts of Australia, Coral Sea Resort is an intimate and exclusive location that would fulfill any bride and groom’s dreams for their wedding.
The manicured lawns complete with red carpet down the aisle provide the perfect setting for the ceremony, and romantic outdoor gazebo is the ideal location for the signing of the register. The tropical gardens within the resort’s grounds are the perfect setting for wedding photos to be taken, or stroll along the boardwalk to picturesque Shelly Beach and Abel Point Marina where some breathtaking sunset scenes can be taken in from the jetty. This private jetty overlooking the Coral Sea also provides an alternative location for the wedding ceremony. After the formalities of the ceremony have concluded, there are a number of different venues within the resort that may be chosen from for the wedding reception. For receptions of between 50 and 100 guests, The Clipper Restaurant & Bar can be offered on a sole-use basis, offering stunning views. Also available for non-sole use, a section of the restaurant is available for groups up to 18 guests. For larger reception groups, the Nautilus Room with ocean views is fully air conditioned and can seat up to 160 guests.
For intimate wedding groups of up to a maximum of 6 guests, the private gazebo itself makes for a stunning reception location. If a romantic atmosphere is high on the agenda, the private jetty is unique and covered for all weather conditions, catering for up to 50 guests. Between the resort pool and the ocean is a generous lawn area, ideal for both cocktail style functions and more formal sit down dinners.
