Seaview Room - The Seaview Room is a flexible room that can be divided into three different configurations. Allowing 6 different room configurations including 200 theatre style, 120 banquet style and up to 200 guests for cocktail soirees. The room opens onto a wide tiled verandah overlooking Coogee Beach. This is a sensational spot for delegates and guests to take in the views of Coogee Beach and is perfect for breaks and information buffet lunches

Seabreeze Room - The Seabreeze Room is a smaller more intimate room, that opens onto the tiled verandah, with a private terrace. Suitable for smaller meetings, the room can be configured to accommodate up to 20 delegates in U-shape, 27 classroom or 40 theatre style. This room is ideal for private parties, birthdays and intimate gatherings. The terrace is fitted out with cast iron furniture and lined with box hedging, creating privacy.

Arden Lounge - The Arden Lounge is a stylish option for corporate functions and private parties. The warm colours, fireplace and cocktail bar add to the ambience of this room. Located off the Beer Garden, the Arden Lounge is easily accessible for guests, and caters for up to 250 people.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
The Coogee Bay Brasserie is dishing up classic beachside flavours, drawing inspiration from the best of fine dining combined with traditional pub fare. Steak connoisseurs and hungry men will enjoy the prime cuts of wagyu beef and lean rumps, hot of the grill or the specialty 400g dry-aged, grass-fed T-bone. Classic booze-soaker meals from beer battered fish and chips to the famous Coogee burger with swiss cheese, bacon, rocket and onion relish on a toasted brioche bun, will have punters crooning. Whilst the fresh salad options from tuna nicoise to thai chicken will keep the ladies satisfied along with the grilled salmon and barramundi fillets with their accompaniments of tomato relish and potato mash. There is a range of set menu options for functions including beach and BBQ buffet style selections, as well as canapé choices and beverage packages to suit varied time frames and budgets.

The boutique accommodation wing provides 51 modern spacious rooms, perfect for romantic retreats, family holidays or business travellers. Many of the hotel rooms have balconies with ocean views, king or queen size beds, beautifully appointed kitchenettes, and marble bathrooms with spa baths. There is also pub-style heritage accommodation available that is located in the original building. There are 23 rooms with four ocean view suites and complimentary continental breakfast in all quarters.
