Situated on the shores of Lake Macquarie at Warners Bay. On the corner of the Esplanade and King street.

DETAILS
Bay Views has two select areas used for special events, including the main restaurant and idyllic function room. The main restaurant Brownsugar is a moody affair with dark chocolate coloured tables and plush white leather chairs that combine harmoniously to endow a sense of elegance to the space. Both rooms contain unique Arabian-inspired design flourishes from the wall-papered columns and feature walls, to the candle sheaths and vases, which are accentuated by the low-key lighting. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows in the two vicinities also offer dazzling views of Lake Macquarie. Guests are more than welcome to theme their events and certain accompaniments are offered for weddings. These include white-linen set tables, skirted bridal, gift and cake tables as well as a wrought iron easel with a frame for seating plans.

FUNCTION DETAILS
Bay Views has both a beautiful restaurant and function room, which can be split into two seperate spaces. The restaurant  can cater for up to 90 guests for a sit down event and up to 180 guests for a cocktail function. The function room can hold up to 110 seated guests, and 200 for a standing event.

WEDDINGS
Bay Views offers three distinct wedding packages – gold, silver and cocktail, as well as an exclusive special package to suit the upcoming season. Guests are treated to champagne and canapés upon arrival, as well as a diverse selection of food and beverages to follow.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Bay Views offers a full-spectrum catering service for delegate, cocktail, luncheon, deluxe dinner and day time events. Menus offer delicious modern Australian fare, such as salt and pepper calamari canapés, an entrée of crispy duck lasagne with an asian stirfry and orange ginger glaze, and beautiful main meals like oven baked lamb rump with rosemary jus or linguini marinara with a rich tomato and garlic sauce. Beverage packages are also available to suit varied event time frames and budgets.
