A coastal hideaway located at beautiful Mollymook on the NSW South Coast, Bannisters is an easy 3 hours south of Sydney, or 2.5 hours from Canberra.

Bannisters makes the most of its breezy coastal setting by providing guests with gorgeous accommodation, exceptional fine dining and first rate function facilities. Bannisters is most suited to smaller groups, either corporate or social, looking for a unique and memorable way to share ideas, build up a team dynamic or celebrate a special occasion.

FUNCTION DETAILS
There are two main function areas. The Tasman Room has two decks, ocean views and the option of an automated screen. The area comfortably fits groups of 40, or 60 if set in a theatre style. The room layout can be rearranged to meet your specifications. The Courtyard Suite is a clear-span space with its own private courtyard, accommodating 24 people or 40 in a theatre layout. In addition to these main areas, there are several smaller break away spots. Bannisters can co-ordinate weddings for up to 100 guests if seated on trestle tables, or 70 if seated at round tables. For more intimate conferences of up to 15 people, Rick Stein’s Beach House is available.

Indulge in a wine appreciation session or blind tasting games. There is also the opportunity to take part in circus style team building exercises. Roddy Reason, the resident acoustic guitar player, will be happy to provide chilled out background entertainment for all occasions.

Rick Stein at Bannisters Restaurant tangibly takes pride in serving the freshest seafood and delighting the taste buds of all who dine there. The waterfront location simply reminds guests that they are eating the finest produce ‘fresh-off-the-boat’. Bannisters Pool and Pizza Bar offers a more low key dining experience with cocktails and appealing light meals served with casual ambience around the pool. Catered barbecues either around the wet-edge pool or in Rick’s Place are a great option for corporate functions wanting to create a more relaxed atmosphere.

ACCOMMODATION
Bannisters’ 32 rooms include nine suites and penthouses, each boasting a private balcony and spectacular view. Accommodation includes continental breakfast at the restaurant, internet and WiFi, and rates range from $230 mid week to $1275 for the Pinnacle Penthouse. Overflow accommodation is available in Rick Stein’s beach house only 400m from Bannisters Point Lodge.
