Melba and Anderson - Expansive floor to ceiling windows and views over the vineyards and valley are a signature of the state-of-the-art Conference Centre, which caters for up to 320 cocktail party guests, 130 banquet guests or any number of room layouts to offer maximum flexibility. It can also be subdivided into two completely exclusive rooms

The Executive Boardroom - The Executive Boardroom, with its classic décor, separate kitchenette and
bathroom is suitable for up to 16 delegates, and is also located away from the main conference centre. It features leather ergonomic seating and a pre-function area for networking during tea and coffee breaks.

The Boardroom - The Boardroom is located next to the Executive Boardroom and is ideal for smaller meetings
of up to 12 delegates.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Rae's Restaurant features wholesome breakfasts of freshly cooked eggs with a side of sparkling wine or coffee. Come lunch time the menu changes regularly to showcase the provenance of the season. The modern menu is complimented by Balgownie Estate vintages from both the Yarra Valley and Bendigo vineyards. A pre-dinner drink in Rae’s Restaurant Lounge is the perfect way to begin an evening, or end it with a night cap by the fireplace.

At Balgownie we also have our own extensive garden where we grow 90% of herbs and the majority of our seasonal vegetables on site. Balgownie Estate Vineyard Resort & Spa is set amongst the vines with magical views providing the perfect back drop for a romantic wedding. The garden vineyard setting is an intimate outdoor ceremony area surrounded by rose bushes and Pinot Noir vines. Receptions can be held in the function centre, which accommodates up to 320 people for a cocktail soiree or 130 seated guests. There are a number of wedding packages to choose from with select food and beverage options as well as decor and entertainment alternatives.

The 4.5 star accommodation comprising of 69 spacious and sophisticated guest suites and rooms overlook the magnificent Yarra Valley, where there is an opportunity for everyone to relax and unwind.
